Rasse (german)
In theory and research, a central dimension of the social construction of difference or otherness, which is based on regional origin, ethnically constructed affiliations, physical characteristics or typified behavior; as an assumption that presumes clearly distinguishable groups of people on the basis of biological and other characteristics and which forms the basis of racism, it is scientifically untenable.
