We learn

The best thing about our jobs? We learn something new every day. We continuously evolve and better ourselves and we get to go to conferences, workshops, impulse lectures and share our knowledge with the team. We promote individual career paths for example via coachings or part-time studies. If you are a doctoral student, then we have our doctoral program for you.

We take care of ourselves

We don’t just preach a work life balance; we also live it. We even have a certificate for it. With flexible working hours and places, childcare – with parents-child-office – and consideration for the care of relatives. Our health management team is active: breaks with exercises, activities featuring nutrition and relaxation, ergonomic workplaces, health and preventive check-ups..

We have fun

We take our work seriously. However, we don’t take ourselves too seriously and embrace our fun environment. We cultivate our team spirit. Trainee, researcher or library management, everybody enjoys the team and organization events as much as goofing around in the office and over coffee.
