JCRE Journal appoints new Advisory Board
The Journal of Comments and Replications in Economics ( JCRE ) has appointed a new Advisory Board. JCRE, which replaces the former International Journal for Re-Views in Empirical Economics (IREE), aims to become the leading platform for articles that comment on or replicate published research in economics and related disciplines.
JCRE was established to provide the scientific community with a forum to test the accuracy, robustness and generalisability of published research. The aim is to promote scientific dialogue between researchers and to increase the credibility and transparency of economic research.
The new international Advisory Board of the JCRE is made up of renowned scientists:
- David H. Autor, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA
- Anna Dreber Almenberg, Stockholm School of Economics, Schweden
- Richard A. Easterlin, University of Southern California, USA
- Edward E. Leamer, University of California, Los Angeles, USA
- David Roodman, Open Philanthropy, USA
- Jeffrey M. Wooldridge, Michigan State University, USA
These experts will support the JCRE in achieving its goals and enriching the scientific discussion in economics.
