ECONIS Select – The link between gas prices and oil prices in Germany

Als nach dem jüngsten Urteil des Bundesgerichtshofs die Ölpreisbindung in den Medien für hinfällig erklärt wurde, war dies etwas voreilig. Zwar dürfen Lieferanten im Endkundengeschäft die Erdgaspreise nicht mehr nur mit Hinweis auf die Heizölpreise erhöhen, allerdings ändert dies nichts an der Vertragsgestaltung beim Import. Hier ist gemäß den langfristigen Verträgen nach wie vor die Ölpreisbindung wirksam.
