Autosuggest entries from a dataset
The /suggest Web Service for Economics can be integrated into a web application through Javascript functions on the web page level. This is demonstrated here on a simple HTML page. The example uses the YUI AutoComplete Widget, which can be easily combined with other javascript libraries. Please take a look at the Javascript source code embedded in this page.
Datasets:
- stw - Standard-Thesaurus Wirtschaft, by ZBW (de/en)
- jel - Journal of Economics Literature Classification, by AEA (en only)
- econ_pnd - Personennamensdatei, by DNB (de only)
- subset of about 128,000 economists (referenced in EconBiz
dataset or with economics related professions), extracted from DNB 04/2011 download
